Louis Apol

Lodewijk Frederik Hendrik (Louis) Apol (The Hague, 6 September 1850 - The Hague, 22 November 1936) was a Dutch painter and one of the most prominent representatives of the Haagse School. The complete, albiet brief, Wikipedia article on Apol can be found here.
